The Wealth Relationship Manager in the Agency Channel at one of India’s leading insurance companies will be responsible for driving the sale of life insurance and mutual fund products.
This role requires working closely with a network of Financial Consultants/Agents, providing them with the necessary support and strategies to acquire and manage high-net-worth (HNI) clients.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for life insurance and mutual fund products by building and managing relationships with HNI clients.
- Provide financial planning and investment advice tailored to the client's individual needs.
- Work with a team of Financial Consultants/Agents to support their client acquisition and product sales efforts.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the agency team to help them better understand the products and improve their sales techniques.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and achieve goals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering personalized services and solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor products, and regulatory developments to align product offerings with market demands.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales processes and customer servicing.
