Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Relation Manager for our Bengaluru location. This is a full-time that requires a Minimum of 2 years of core sales and marketing work experience in BFSI, FMCG, Pharma and other relevant fields. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, particularly within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in the financial services sector
  • Experience in marketing strategies and campaigns relevant to the BFSI industry
  • Proficient in B2B sales processes and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of insurance and mutual funds products and services
  • Excellent team management skills, capable of leading and motivating a team effectively
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving abilities


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the BFSI sector
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets and lead generation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior sales professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of services with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on the sales activities and performance to senior management
