Job Overview

The Territory Manager will play a critical role in driving the sales and growth of the company's services within the assigned territory. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners within the territory.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
