As a Senior Sales Manager in the Agency Vertical at one of India’s leading insurance companies, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing team of Financial Consultants/Agents.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Sales Managers and Financial Consultants/Agents to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive insurance and investment product sales, including life insurance and mutual funds.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers and Financial Consultants to build a strong sales force.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring high productivity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s footprint in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies for business development.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
