Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in Nagpur, Sangli, Pune, Kolhapur, Nashik, Amravati, and Aurangabad. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in core sales and marketing and individual with self-motivated proven experience in field sales and business development, particularly within the BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, and Pharma sectors or any relevant industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, or Pharma
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of surpassing sales targets.
  • Proficient in lead generation, utilizing various channels to acquire new clients.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles to support business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong team and good relationships with clients in BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, and Pharma sectors.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with the team of financial advisors/ agents to support promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all business development activities.
