Job Overview
TekPillar is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent for our various sales positions. This role is based in Surat, Ankleshwar and is open to freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The position is available as a full-time role or an internship, offering an excellent start for those looking to launch their careers in human resources and recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong ability to manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques that help identify the most suitable candidates for various roles.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Capable of conducting candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate the best terms for both employer and candidate.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- General knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Networking skills to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Identify and attract top talent for various sales positions within the banking and insurance sectors.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to source candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role.
- Facilitate negotiations between candidates and hiring managers to finalize terms of employment.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
