- Extensive experience in B2B sales, including the ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with large-scale clients.
- Proficiency in agency management, with the capability to handle multiple agency relationships and improve performance metrics.
- Excellent team handling skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong expertise in B2C sales, with a keen understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- In-depth understanding of the insurance market, including product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional sales skills (Mandatory skill), with the ability to drive revenue and growth through effective selling techniques.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth in the assigned regions.
- Lead and manage sales teams, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
