Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a mid-level position located in one of our branches in Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Kolhapur, Pune, Amravati, or Sangli. The employment type is full-time, and the candidate should have a Minimum of 2 years of work experience in core sales and marketing.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets and driving revenue.
  • Proficient in business development to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market reach.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and maximize profitability.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to maintain and grow partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated team leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies and how to implement them successfully in sales campaigns.
  • Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales is highly desirable.
  • Capable of generating leads through various channels and converting them into successful sales opportunities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet organizational sales objectives.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with potential channel partners to expand the company's market presence.
  • Manage existing channel relationships to ensure ongoing business and support partners' growth efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns tailored to channel partners.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Lead a team of sales officers and managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
