We are seeking a highly-skilled Business Development Manager. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, generating new leads, managing sales pipelines, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and excel in negotiating and analyzing data. This is a full-time position located in India.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify potential clients in the banking and insurance sectors, and establish and maintain relationships.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals and achievement of sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and address customer needs.
  • Prepare and present reports detailing business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream 
  • 2 years of experience in sales or marketing  
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
