We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth within the finance and banking sectors.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets across designated locations.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business objectives and promotional strategies effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify new industry trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Lead field sales initiatives, including sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Facilitate seamless cross-functional communication to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly track and report on key business metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all business dealings.


Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream 
  • 02 years of experience in agency recruitment, business development 
  • Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing agency partnerships. 
  • Ability to assess agency performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies to drive growth. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives and agency development programs simultaneously. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leaders and agency partners.
