The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of the agency business partner channel within a specific geographic region. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Development:
- Recruit and develop a network of high-performing agency partners.
- Foster strong relationships with existing agency partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and target new agency partners that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Sales Management:
- Set and track sales targets for the branch and individual agency partners.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to agency partners to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of agency partners to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of agency partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure that agency partners deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch.
- Compliance Adherence:
- Ensure that the branch and its agency partners adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and take corrective action as necessary.
