Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies that align with company goals and meet legal requirements.
  • Foster positive employee relations and address any conflicts or grievances in a professional manner.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions, to drive employee growth.
