Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Development Manager to join our team. This is a mid-level, full-time position that will be based in any of the following locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a Minimum of 2 years of work experience in core sales and marketing of BFSI Products, should be good at managing teams and driving business development initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience in core sales and marketing of BFSI Products.
  • Strong team management abilities with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience in business development and executing growth strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing tactics and understanding market dynamics
  • Solid understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
  • Experience in lead generation and converting prospects into clients
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet designated goals and targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and sales performance
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team
  • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support
  • Drive the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities
