Our company is looking forward for a Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting task.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

·     Preparation and Consolidation of all Financial Statements.

·     Accounts payable and perform reconciliations.

·     Accounts receivable

·     Generate estimates,  follow-up LPO , generate invoices and follow-up payments

·     Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines

·     Voucher Preparation

·     Verification and Monitoring of Monthly TDS remittance and Challans

·      Local Purchases

·      Maintenance of Contracts(vendor & Customer).

·     Liaison with Auditors

 REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS

·     Graduate / Post Graduate in commerce

·     Knowledge in MS Office, ZOHO, Tally ERP, Excel

·     Filing of statutory documents like GST, IT etc.

·     Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) certificate (advantageous).

·     Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

·     Good interpersonal skills and communication
