Role & responsibilities

The candidate shall be primarily responsible for ensuring proper reception of the clients / customers who come to the elevator experience center. The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and must effectively communicate with the customer to ensure appropriate requirement gathering. The candidate shall coordinate with the designated sales team at office post receiving the requirements and shall ensure smooth transition of the client to the sales department. The candidate must maintain the details of all customers handled in the experience center so as to ensure effective follow-up by the sales team

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate shall be a graduate in any stream but preferably in Business Management or Hospitality Management. The candidate must possess excellent oral and written skills in English.
