Network operations with 24/7 support , monitoring , reporting and ticketing
- Expertise in 4G and 5G Core technology
- Understanding of RCS Architecture and its interfaces among nodes
- Basic troubleshooting experience upon any RCS solution Preferably Mavenir (optional Nokia, Ericsson)
- Basic understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, SIP, Diameter, RTP, RTCP, H.248 Protocol
- Good understanding of RCS Call flows (Registration, Chat, File transfer, OTT to OTT calls etc.)
- Proactive monitoring of alarms, troubleshoot and incident closure.
- Understanding of Linux environment
- Experience of working on SDN/NFV technologies
Basic understanding for Networking and cloud
