We are seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to join our team in Deoli. This full-time role requires a seasoned finance professional with a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The position is at a senior level, and the candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of Project Loans, including application processes, requirements, and management from inception to disbursal.
• Proficiency in Debt Finance, including structuring, compliance, and debt servicing.
• Experience with different financial models and their structuring, ensuring the accurate representation of financial data.
• Expertise in Financial Analysis and preparing comprehensive Project Financial Proposals.
• Capability to liaise effectively with banks and financial institutions for various funding requirements.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) finalist or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and negotiation with external partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
• Manage project loans and ensure their compliance with the company's financial strategies and goals.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for financing needs and maintain robust relationships.
• Develop and implement financial models and strategies for effective cost management and profitability enhancement.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations and corporate governance requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
