Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Sr. Fashion Designer with a mid-level position to join our team in Deoli on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the fashion industry, specializing in ladies' ethnic wear. The role demands a creative individual with an excellent understanding of fashion design and sketching who can enhance our product range.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in fashion design, specifically in ladies' ethnic wear (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of ladies ethnic wear styles and trends (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in technical sketching to communicate design ideas effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to forecast fashion trends and integrate them into new designs.
• Deep understanding of garment construction techniques and pattern making processes.
• Experience in using Adobe Illustrator for design creation and modifications.
• Skilled in fashion styling to enhance the appeal and marketing of finished products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create unique and innovative designs for ladies' ethnic wear, aligned with the company's brand vision.
• Maintain awareness of emerging fashion trends to ensure designs are current and market-competitive.
• Generate detailed technical sketches that clearly convey design concepts for the production team.
• Collaborate with the production team to oversee garment construction and ensure quality standards.
• Participate in pattern making and fitting sessions to ensure excellent fit and finish of garments.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator for creating and refining design concepts for women’s ethnic apparel.
• Provide styling and visual merchandising inputs to enhance brand presentation in various outlets.
• Communicate effectively with design team members and provide mentorship to junior designers.
