Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Fashion Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Delhi on a full-time basis. The role involves contributing to the design and creation of women's ethnic.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in ladies ethnic wear design with a focus on Indo-Western and Kurtis styles.
• Competence in using CAD software to create detailed design layouts for fabric and garment production.
• Ability to produce technical sketches that accurately convey design concepts and details.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for creating digital designs and mock-ups.
• Experience with Adobe Express for creating promotional and marketing materials for collections.
• Familiarity with designing Kurtis coordinated sets, ensuring the blend of style and comfort.
• Understanding of fabric selection, colors, and fashion trends is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with production and marketing teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create original design concepts that align with the company's brand identity and market needs.
• Develop collections from concept to completion, including sketching, fabric selection, and final prototypes.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are executed as per specifications.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends and incorporate them into new designs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging visuals for promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and design elements that resonate with our clientele.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Contribute to the organization of fashion shows and exhibitions to showcase new collections.
