Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative and trendsetting Women's Ethnic Wear collections
• Create detailed sketches and technical drawings for production
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure design integrity and quality
• Stay updated on industry trends and market demands for continuous improvement
• Manage and oversee the entire design process from concept to final product
• Fabric sourcing, trims sourcing and accessories for the garments. Handling dyeing, block printing, machine embroidery and hand embroidery.

Research seasonal trends, colors, prints, fabrics, and styling. Creating sketches based on seasonal concept with reference. Handling Ladies Ethnic in Women’s wear design.

Coordinating Sampling department.
