Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing professional for a mid-level position at our Delhi headquarters. The ideal candidate will bring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and possess expertise in the women apparel/clothing domain. This is a full-time role focused on enhancing our digital presence and brand strategy within the Fashion.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, with a focus on women apparel/clothing business (Mandatory skill).
- Experienced in creating engaging and quality content writer to fashion retail audiences (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO to improve our online visibility and search engine ranking.
- Skilled in social media management to enhance brand presence across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong data analytics capabilities to interpret trends and craft data-driven marketing strategies.
- Hold an MBA in Marketing or Business Development, providing a solid foundation in market research.
- Proven ability to design and implement research-based brand strategies to strengthen our market position.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments, with specific impact on women's fashion trends.
- Handle Facebook,Instagram,Twitter & Youtube
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to support business objectives and growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content and designs for online platforms.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and identify improvements.
- Lead SEO initiatives to enhance the company's digital presence and facilitate consumer engagement.
- Manage social media channels by creating and curating content that aligns with brand values and audience interests.
- Identify and target key customer segments through strategic marketing tactics.
- Conduct competitive analyses to benchmark performance and improve market penetration strategies.
- The Digital Brand Manager is responsible for the total digital image that a brand and/or enterprise presents to the outside world. They develop, implement and managing branding and marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital and social networking space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
