Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Category Head to lead our Women's Ethnic Wear category in our Delhi headquarters. This is a full-time senior position requiring a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The role will involve overseeing product development, market research, strategic planning and execution, and inventory management to ensure the continued success and growth of our category.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma Fashion Designing

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in category management, specifically in the fashions and beauty industry.
• Proven experience in market research and ability to interpret and apply findings effectively.
• Strong strategic execution and planning skills to drive category growth and profitability.
• Expertise in product development processes, from concept to market launch.
• Hands-on experience in buying and merchandising, ensuring optimal product assortment.
• Strong understanding of Open-to-Buy (OTB) and inventory management principles to control stock levels and maximize sales.
• Excellent skills in assortment planning to meet consumer demands and improve shopping experience.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on driving performance and innovation.
