Job Overview

We are hiring a GYM Manager to oversee the operations of our company's gym facility. As a GYM Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe gym environment, managing gym staff, developing fitness programs, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a GYM Manager or related role
• Certification in fitness training or a related field
• Knowledge of gym equipment and fitness principles
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company's gym facility
• Ensure the gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies
• Supervise and train gym staff, including personal trainers and front desk personnel
• Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives to meet the diverse needs of gym members
• Provide excellent customer service and assist members with their fitness goals
• Promote and market the gym to attract new members
• Monitor gym equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of gym usage, membership data, and financial transactions
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues
