Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Central GYM Manager to join our team at Tejasva Industries. As the Central GYM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gym facilities across multiple locations. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a salary range of competitive rates based on experience. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience as a gym manager or similar role
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Strong knowledge of fitness equipment and training techniques
• Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Certification in fitness or personal training is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple gym facilities
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain gym members
• Create and enforce gym policies and procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of gym equipment and facilities
• Provide hands-on training and supervision to gym staff
• Create and manage gym class schedules and programs
• Monitor and evaluate gym staff performance
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote gym services and events
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
