Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative IT company. Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and manage job postings on various platforms and job portals to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging transition into the company.
2. Employee Development and Training:
- Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for professional growth and coordinate with managers to facilitate career advancement.
- Support performance management initiatives, including conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters employee engagement.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances while ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry standards to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.
- Handle salary negotiations, benefits administration, and employee compensation queries.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce company HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of legal developments and industry best practices related to HR, recommending policy updates as needed.
- Oversee data privacy and confidentiality measures related to HR operations.
6. Performance Management:
- Collaborate with managers to set performance objectives, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) as necessary and provide guidance to managers on employee development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in HR software and systems for managing HR processes.
