Job Overview


Teiox IT Solutions is looking for a Freelance BDE to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development. This is a full-time position based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent cold calling and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation strategies.
  • Cold call potential clients and develop relationships to secure sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and customers.
  • Create presentations and deliver engaging pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
