TechXperts is hiring a Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. As an HR, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. We are looking for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Administer and maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and provide support in workforce planning.
• Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities within the organization.
• Assist in organizing company events and initiatives to foster employee engagement and team building.
