We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in selling services such as web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and Salesforce solutions. This role requires a candidate who can manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales, specifically in web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and Salesforce services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and Salesforce solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
