Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a mid-level, remote position that requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. Candidate can operate from any location, The ideal candidate will possess keen market insight and strong sales abilities to drive our business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a Sitecore firm, though it is not mandatory.
- Proficient in market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical thinking capabilities for data-driven decision-making
- Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and close deals
- Strategic planning experience to develop and execute business plans
- Effective relationship-building skills to manage client accounts and partnerships
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Project management proficiency to oversee business development initiatives from start to finish
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market research to inform business strategies and opportunities
- Prepare and present business proposals and marketing materials to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs
