Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company offerings.
• Provide detailed information about our placement and consultancy services to clients.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and call targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on telemarketing activities.
