We are seeking a Senior Java FullStack Lead with Angular expertise for a full-time position located in Gurgaon or Noida. This role involves leading and executing projects with a technology stack centered around Java and Angular. The candidate should bring a robust technical background and hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies. As a lead, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions, while leveraging modern frameworks and practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) is essential for backend development, demanding a deep understanding of object-oriented principles and enterprise-level application management.
• Mastery of Angular (Mandatory skill) for effective front-end development and user interface design.
• Ability to work with SQL (Mandatory skill) to manage database operations, query optimization, and data integrity effectively.
• Experience with Spring Boot is vital for developing high-performing and easily maintainable enterprise applications.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS enables the creation of responsive and aesthetically pleasing web pages.
• Strong JavaScript skills for enhancing application functionality and ensuring robust client-side scripting capabilities.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs for creating scalable and efficient web services.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development, enabling seamless code management and deployment.
• Knowledge in SpringBoot and MicroServices

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java and Angular.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and integration of systems through sophisticated testing frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team performance and achieve project milestones.
• Manage and optimize code repositories and branching strategies utilizing Git for efficient code management.
• Propose and implement architectural improvements that enhance scalability, performance, and security.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, design specifications, and technical strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous integration activities to ensure code quality and technical excellence.
