Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Telecaller Executive at Techstack located in Saket. The Education Telecaller Executive will be responsible for calling potential students to generate leads, explaining courses and fees, handling inquiries, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings. The Education Telecaller Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports on sales activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Minimum High School education
• Post-secondary education in marketing or sales is an asset
