Job Overview

Techsol Engineers is seeking a motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects related to fluid handling applications in various industries such as R&D, Aerospace, Pharma, Dairy, Railway, Shipbuilding, and Energy sector. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in project management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in fluid handling applications or related industries
• Should have knowledge in HVAC, Pneumatic, in CNG & Non CNG
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring all project requirements are met within the given timeline and budget
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and production, to develop project plans and ensure smooth execution
• Communicate with clients to understand their project needs and provide regular updates on project progress
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or failures
• Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Prepare project reports, including cost analysis, resource allocation, and schedule adherence
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, assisting them in their project tasks
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies related to fluid handling applications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
