Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager of Accounts & Finance to join our team at Techsol Engineers. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations of the company. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Proven track record in financial management and leadership
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Highly analytical with attention to detail
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Experience in the industrial machinery manufacturing sector is a plus
