Job Overview

Techsol Engineers, an industrial machinery manufacturing company, is seeking a Design Cum Project Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience. As a Design Cum Project Engineer, you will be responsible for handling fluid handling applications in various sectors including Oil & Gas, R&D, Aerospace, Pharma, Dairy, Railway, Shipbuilding, and Energy. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience (4-6 years) in designing fluid handling systems and managing projects for CNG & Non CNG.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Unix, Solid Works, Catia) for 2D/3D modeling and simulation.
• Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and communicate with customers effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop fluid handling solutions for different industries based on customer requirements and specifications.
• Manage and oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize system performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve any design-related issues or challenges.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in fluid handling technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements and best practices.
