Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
• 7-10 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, invoice processing, and documentation
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expenses
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Assist with financial analysis and forecasting
