1. Java Backend Developer – 2 Openings

We are looking for professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid background in Java or any formal programming language. Our primary need is for Java developers who can understand complex problems, analyze requirements, and design effective solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

·        Backend Development:

·        Strong proficiency in Java

·        Exposure to J2EE architecture (JSP, Servlets) is a plus

·        Data Persistence:

·        Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL

·        Code Quality & Performance:

·        Ability to write production-ready, efficient, and maintainable code

·        Strong understanding of design principles and memory constraints

·        Soft Skills:

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·        Ability to work in collaborative and agile environments

Good-to-Have Skills:

·        Code Quality: Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG)

·        Authentication & Identity Management: Experience with SAML, OAuth

·        Containers & Web Servers: Apache Tomcat, Nginx

·        Caching: Hazelcast or similar caching technologies

·        Tooling: Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation

·        Software Design & Architecture:

·        Exposure to design patterns and best practices

·        Experience working on large codebases
