In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Tech Quadra. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication Skills, Must have worked on freelancer.com platform and have taken mobile application projects, Knowledge of recruiters project.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, actively managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, and use this knowledge to develop sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A technical background is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of software development, IT solutions, and emerging technologies.
