Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team at TECHON LED, a unit of AB Sales. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Persistent and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
- Fluency in English and local language
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify leads
- Present and explain product features and benefits to prospective clients
- Close sales deals over the phone
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Document and update customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve business objectives
