About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong foundation in Generative AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the architectural design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions, while leveraging generative AI to enhance platform capabilities. You will lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality, scalable, and flexible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance, with the integration of Generative AI where appropriate.
- Lead the technical team in implementing ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and others, using AI-driven insights to optimize processes and automation.
- Integrate Generative AI models and capabilities to enhance ServiceNow features, such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on best practices and effective ServiceNow implementations powered by Generative AI.
- Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and provide solutions to complex business challenges, incorporating AI to improve solutions' effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the ServiceNow development and implementation teams, promoting AI adoption within the platform.
- Manage end-to-end solution design, including integration with third-party tools and systems, using AI-driven approaches to improve data and workflow processes.
- Oversee platform upgrades, ensuring the integration of AI features, with minimal downtime or disruption.
- Drive innovation by recommending new AI capabilities, ServiceNow features, and tools to improve functionality and usability.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that AI-driven solutions align with organizational goals.
- Manage the configuration of ServiceNow modules, including custom development of workflows, business rules, and AI-powered integrations.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, service management standards, and generative AI best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, solution designs, AI integrations, and configurations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and architecture.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, orchestration, and integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, upgrade strategies, and platform security.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience integrating Generative AI solutions to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance user experiences on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex AI-powered solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with external systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, and other enterprise tools).
- ITIL certification (preferably Expert) or relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams across multiple locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Generative AI certification or hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow's APM (Application Portfolio Management) and Custom Applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and their AI services.
