Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Service Now CSM Developer for a full-time position at Technozis. The role requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of work experience. You will be located in one of our dynamic office environments spread across Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Gurgaon, or Noida. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in utilizing ServiceNow CSM as a mandatory skill and excel in developing and integrating comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (Mandatory skill), possessing thorough knowledge of its processes and functionalities.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, capable of writing and understanding complex scripts for ServiceNow development.
  • Experienced with ServiceNow Studio for developing applications and customizations on the platform.
  • Skilled in ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate processes efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in REST APIs for seamless interaction between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations to facilitate smooth data exchange and process synchronization.
  • Capable of Business Rule Development to enforce business requirements and policies.
  • Competence in UI/UX Design for ServiceNow to ensure an intuitive and engaging user interface.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM modules and functionalities based on client requirements.
