Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead for our International BPO division. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and ensuring the effective performance of your team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of BPO professionals to ensure top-notch customer service.
  • Monitor team performance and implement action plans to improve metrics.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in regular audits.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and operational updates.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and service metrics.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills.
