As a Business Development Executive specializing in staffing and placement, you will play a
pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Technotrust Solutions. Leveraging your industry
knowledge and network, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business
opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our services to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify prospective clients in need of staffing and placement services within targeted
industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client
satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify
opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the staffing
and placement industry.
Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
