Design Engineer- Wiring Harness

Experience required: 6-9 Years

Qualification required: B. Tech – Electrical / E&TC

Job Location: Pune, Bavdhan

Must to have skills: Electrical Wiring Harness Design / Wiring Diagram; E3 / Vesys Job

Responsibilities:

1. Experience in Electrical Design and drawing experience pertaining to Wiring diagram, Cable diagram and Wiring Harness system and components selection, Wiring harness manufacturing technique.

2. Ability to design vehicle electrical systems and components for heavy trucks, Chassis systems, Agriculture equipment is preferable.

3. Compilation of Engineering Master Parts Lists (BOM) and design release documentation. 4. Create and maintain design records with defined electrical drafting standards, design calculations and assumptions.

5. Ability to work without supervision to agreed timescales & budgets

6. Ability to work in a multi task environment

7. Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, Risk analysis and DFA techniques.

8. Problem solving where required for associated systems / parts.

Desired Skill Set:

1. Experience in Vehicle electrical engineering is preferable.

2. Experience in electrical wiring harness is must.

3. Experience with Control Panel Designing.

4. Experience with selection of Electrical Components.

5. Experience on Zuken, CATIA, CHS, Creo, UGNX software with Wiring Harness is accepted.

6. Excellent communication skills (Oral/ Written)

7. Basic understanding of Information Security Management system
