Requirement :- Sr Manager - Technology - NOC

Skills :-

CISCO Routers,- ASR 1000 Series, Switches Nexus 9000 and Nexus 3000 Switches, Load Balancers, ISO Audits 27001 2013, PALo ALTO. Checkpoint Firewall 

Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans to make certain data network capacity meets existing and future requirements.

 • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use.

 • Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory, life cycle management and related documentation.

 • Establish service level agreements with Service Providers and System integrators. • Provide high-level support and technical expertise in networking technology

. • Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment. • Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.

 • Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, technical reports and other documentation for IT projects and associated efforts

Prepare technical reports and instructional manuals as documentation of network design and operational requirements. • Assess, approve, and administer all network and software upgrades.

 • Manage Network operational costs; conduct near and longterm financial forecasts for expanded functionality

. • Provide direction and directives to direct reports in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and in achieving company initiatives

. • Work closely with other senior managers in the planning and execution of business plans. • Provide L3 expertise for incident and problem management, security incident responses and root cause analysis.

 • Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the team, providing overall guidance and supervision.

 • Maintain and monitor required staffing levels and schedule to ensure that the team 

• can meet the demand and respond in a timely manner to network anomalies and outages. • Work with respective network team members on the review of network architecture and design, troubleshooting, as well as standardization of the network design.

 • Work with the respective server and application teams’ members in troubleshooting and identify root cause, related to network.

 • Responsible to work with the respective network vendors’ support teams for the troubleshooting, identification and resolution of network problems.

• Responsible for change implementation review, assessment and perform change on network devices during downtime

Responsible to conduct post implementation review on areas of improvement and tuning. • Coordinate with information security governance team to align IT infrastructure with established standards. • Ensure system compliance with all established information security policies • Develop processes for improving operational efficiencies, as well as identifies/implements automation tools for existing manual processes. • Ready to be on call for 24x7 support

Job Specifications (Key Skills required): • Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP etc.

 • Switching protocols: VLAN, STP, RSTP, CDP, ISL, MSTP, HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP 

• Multicast technologies: IGMP, PIM-SM, PIM-SSM, PIM-DM.

 • Firewall Technologies: PaloAlto, CheckPoint 

• Load balancing technologies: Application Load Balancer (ALB), Network Load Balancer (NLB).

 • VPN technologies: IPsec, SSL/TLS, GetVPN 

• Proxy: Web Filtering, Application Control, Bandwidth Control, Reporting and Analytics.

BE in Computer / Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering or equivalent qualification

Exp :- 10+ years’ experience of Networking and 5 yrs in Security with good understanding of Routing & Switching technologies.
