Job summary: Supervise and coordinate painting works at site, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Reporting to - Project Manager.

Qualification: ITI in any trade or Intermediate or Diploma

Age: 18 to 40 years

Experience: Min 1 year in construction supervision

Skills: Strong leadership, communication in Telugu, Hindi, Ability to work at heights.

Key responsibilities:

1.     Supervising painting team at site

2.     Monitor an control quality of painting work at site

3.     Implementing safety protocols at site

4.     Assisting planning in completion of painting works

5.     Estimation of painting materials required at site

6.     Material indents uploading in company website.

7.     Offering for inspection of works and obtaining clearance

8.     Liquidation of check list points raised by client

9.     Getting certifications done for the bills submitted on time.

10. Coordination with client, contractors, project coordinators and Quantity servers.
