Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Construction Chemicals Technical Sales professional for a full-time position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the construction chemicals sector. The role involves leveraging sales expertise to drive business growth, focusing primarily on flooring sales, waterproofing sales, and construction chemical sales to meet corporate client needs.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in flooring sales, waterproofing sales, and construction chemical sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient sales experience with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales deals effectively.
  • Excellent client relationship management, maintaining long-term business partnerships.
  • Ability to generate detailed sales reports and analyze performance metrics independently.
  • Practical experience with plumbing solutions within the construction chemicals sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the construction chemicals market and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact successfully with clients and colleagues.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of construction chemicals in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to promote and sell our flooring and waterproofing solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to senior management for review and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product development.
  • Provide training and technical support to clients concerning product applications and performance.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a high conversion rate and efficient resource allocation.
