BUSINESS ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION
1) IT BUSINESS ANALYST (PRE SALES) -
Responsibilities:-
• Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.
• Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department.
• Answering customers’ RFP’s and RFI’s for our local and global sales teams.
• Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands.
• Identify the required project steps.
• Identify likely problem areas that require attention.
• Analyzes and provides support to deals in the pipeline where needed.
• Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
• Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
• Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
• Communicate with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product

2) IT BUSINESS ANALYST (POST SALES) –
Responsibilities:-
• Publishing documentation in the format required for project delivery.
• Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.
• Writing case studies and blogs for the projects and websites developed.
• Generating Revenue & projects and closing deals with International Clients.
• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
• Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry. • Creating documents like BRS /SRS and project Cost Estimation
• Identifies client organizations strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
• Reviewing documents for language, punctuation, and style or formatting errors with proficiency.
• Technical Recommendation and Testing.
• Coordinating with the development team for timely completion of the projects.
• Interacting with new or existing clients for projects allotment and make a clear understanding of their requirements.
• Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT.
• Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues.
