- Please find below requirement for Support Team Lead’s Position (immediate):
- 1. Must: Total experience 7-8 years.
- 2. Must: Experience in managing software support team.
- 3. Must: Experience in managing customers and escalations.
- 4. Must: Good understanding of business analysis.
- 5. Must: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 6. Must: Hand-on coding and code review skills (C#, Java).
- 7. Optional but Preferred: Supply chain domain knowledge and experience
- 8. Optional but Preferred: Multiple languages (English, Hindi, ++)
- 9. Optional but Preferred: Experience in tools (TFS, Trello, Zoho Desk, Power Point, Excel)
- 10. Optional but Preferred: Customer side (on-site) experience.
