Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at the Kolkata office. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our diverse range of clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design skills.
• Expertise in User Research, including conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
• Proficiency in Wireframing and Prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Strong Visual Design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing interfaces.
• Experience in Interaction Design, creating interactive components and animations to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Good understanding of Information Architecture to organize and structure content effectively for optimal user experience.
• Proven ability to conduct Usability Testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve design solutions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to create and refine UI elements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to create cohesive and innovative design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
• Conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and make data-driven design decisions to enhance user satisfaction and product performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended user experience and functionality.
• Communicate design concepts and user scenarios effectively to stakeholders and team members through presentations and documentation.
